The secret is McCor...The kids love homemade pizza. The secret is McCormick (or any other brand really) Cajun Seasoning. Make a chowder as usual, and then add cajun seasoning to taste. My mom makes an awesome cajun seafood chowder, with clams, shrimp and scallops. I failed today and ended up pulling a ham and broccoli casserole from the freezer. So, when I actually do make the chowder... I'll let you know how it turns out.
